This is a very robust and superbly finished yacht which will make a perfect live aboard and will be capable of Ocean passage making with confidence. The comprehensive refit carried out in 2001 saw no expense spared in order to bring the vessel up to the current standard. The work carried out included an all new Aluminium mast by Selden. A Fully battened mainsail A Furling Genoa and furling staysail plus 2xFurlex (Selden)400 reefing systems A Selden Heavy duty rod kicker 305 Lewmar super lock jamming cleats 2x lewmar self tailing winches 40cst 2xLewmar self tailing winches 50cst. The Yanmar4-JH3-THE 92hp Diesel engine was installed new in 2001 and has only run approx 250hrs Also installed in 2001 refit Lofrans Kobra 1000 watt electric windlass Raytheon ST 50 systems R40xx(radar and raychart) R600xx speed heading sensor, wind, depth,compass rudder angle , GPS, ST6000 control, tridata repeater, navcentre 500 (repeat instrumentation at aft steering position) ICS Nav 6 Navtex 125 Polaris compass at aft wheel binnacle. Safety equipment after refit includes A Plastimo Transocean 6 class 2 liferaft Amazon manual bilge pump Radar reflector 1x maxi puppy 3000 12v bilge pump Automatic fire extinguishers in engine and generator areas 2x jabsco in line blowers for engine and generator areas, Pilot gas monitoring system Spurs rope cutter (new shaft) 3x bilge pump alarms, Exhaust alarm. Total cost of rebuild in excess of ?250,000.


Accommodation:
The accommodation consists of 5 berths in three cabins. There is a double berth forward with a very large storage compartment to starboard There is a seperate dining area The galley consists of a Shipmate stainless steel gas cooker with 3 burners, and oven. There is a microwave plus a fridge and a freezer,twin stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressurised water supply. A webasto airtop 32d heating and ikuni propex matrix heater. there is a separate heads compartment with sea toilet, wash basin and shower.
Galley:
Fitted with a Shipmate Stainless steel cooker with 3 burners and oven Microwave fridge and freezer 2xstainless steel sinks Pressurised hot and cold water.
Sails:
A fully battened mainsail A furling genoa with uv strip and foam luff A furling staysail with uv strip and foam luff.

Echo sounder, log, Radar, GPS, wind speed /direction, VHF autopilot, Navtex.
