In the present ownership for the past 21 years she has been maintained to the highest standards. A 2009 survey is avalable for seriously interested parties. She comes with a very comprehensive inventory, including radar, self steering gear a full suit of sails and good instrumentation. The interior is immaculate with spotless upholstery. There is six feet of standing headroom in the accommodation. The hullhas been epoxied.


Accommodation:
In the main saloon there are two settee berths with lee cloths, There is also a quarter berth in the saloon aft of the chart table. There is a separate heads compartment equipped with a sea toilet and a wash basin. The fore cabin has two berths which convert to a double with the addition of an infill.
Galley:
A taylors cookerwith two burners and oven.S/S sink and cool box.
Sails:
A total of seven sails including a main sail, genoa, jib, cruising chute, spinnaker, storm jib andstorm tri sail.
All in good condition.

2x12v batteries(2012/13) 3xSonnenschein gel batteries, 240 socket for shore power.

The bukh 20hp engine has been well maintained with a refurbished head and a new water injection bend. New screw in fuel filter with water drsin. New three bladed prop.
