This boat has the potential to be a very comfortable family cruiser with her three cabins and good size heads compartment. Unfortunately she has been badly neglected and is now very definitely a project with a lot of work needed to get her up to scratch. Most of the problems stem from rainwater ingress at numerous places, causing a lot of degradation to the interior.
Most of it is not too serious and generally cosmetic in nature apart from one or two places but it can all be handled by a competent DIY sailor with time to do the work.
Serious offers are invited - she really must go to a new owner quickly so a bargain is ready to be had. She is the Shallow Fin keel version and has a semi balanced rudder with tiller steering. She was fully Epoxy treated in March 2004. New seacocks and piping were fitted in 2007.

Accommodation:
Good headroom in the light and spacious saloon.
Here the sofa/table converts to a double berth with a single berth opposite. The forward cabin is also light and airy feeling with good headroom and a comfortable double V berth. The aft cabin, although reduced in headroom is comfortable and has ample space with its double berth. There is a separate heads compartment with sea toilet and handbasin (with hot & cold water).
Galley:
The Galley is fitted with an Eno two burner Camping Gaz cooker with oven, has a Stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurised water and 12v Waeco Fridge.
Sails:
Sloop rig with Alloy spars by Z Spar. Spinnaker pole. All standing rigging replaced May 2004 by GRM Rigging. Running rigging replaced as required. Slab mainsail reefing, roller foresail reefing. Winches:

Additional Info:
A hot and cold pressurised water system has been installed, with hot water available using an immersion heater on shore power. The yacht was surveyed in June 2013 for Western Horizon Yachts by Caledonian Marine Surveys.
The main points of concern are rainwater ingress and possible damage to the rudder.
Extracts can be supplied on request.
A fully refreshed, pre purchase survey report can be made available at a discounted price for a new owner.
