The boat has been in the same family for the past 8 years, and has been cruised extensively in the Irish Sea and along The West Coast of Scotland. The engine needs to be either replaced or re-built, there is some slight osmosis in the hull and the standing rigging may also need to be replaced dependent on the opinion of the Insurer. However the general condition of the vessel is quite good and with some time and effort she can be brought back to a good state.


Accommodation:
There are five berths in total, there is a large double berth in the fore cabin with ample storage beneath. There are two quarter berths and a single berth in the saloon. There is a separate heads compartment to port and a wet locker to starboard.
Galley:
Plastimo Neptune gas cooker with oven and grill.
Sails:
The mainsail is fully battened and has three reefs.This sail was new in 2002 The roller furling genoa was also new in 2002. The storm jib new in 2002 has never been used.

Additional Info:
The vessel was briefly chartered in 2008 and was coded at that time and met the required standards, the last survey was done in 2002, and all recommendations implemented.
