The boat has been stored ashore for several years, and the owner is now deceased. There are a number of minor items which need attention and this is reflected in the price. The mast was replaced in 2002 with a new in mast furling system by Z Spars. The Main sail was also replaced at this time and the furling Genoa was replaced in 2004. The hull has been epoxied and the vessel has been stored ashore for three years.A recent survey is available which showed that the hull is sound with no signs of osmosis etc. A road trailer made by RM Trailers is included in the sale price, although new tyres may be needed for road use.


Accommodation:
With four berths in two cabins, a separate heads compartment and wet locker.
A table which is stowed when not required.
Galley:
Flavel Radford mk II gas cooker
Sails:
The sails are in good condition having been lightly used.The main was replaced in 2002 when the inmast reefing was installed. The furling genoa was replaced in 2004 There are a number of sails in from prior to the present suite included in the inventory.

Electrical System:
12 v Battery.
We recommend that given the time she has been ashore that this is replaced.

Avon redcrest tender 2x anchors plus chain Dodgers Warps and fenders Horse shoe life buoy.
Additional Info:
The original mast and boom which were replaced in 2002.
The original mast and sails are available if required.
